To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Please note that some products, such as opened cleaning kits or installed flooring, are not eligible for return.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Rimmer Floorworks will provide a return shipping label if the return is due to an error on our part. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Can I return items in person?

Yes, items purchased online can be returned in person at our Manchester location. Please bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
